Job Description
- Act as the first point of contact for Splunk-related issues and general IT helpdesk inquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve problems involving PC hardware/software, backups, antivirus, and endpoint security tools.
- Perform installation and configuration of IT equipment and applications.
- Compile and deliver monthly SIEM reports for security monitoring.
- Support special IT projects and assist in implementation tasks.
- Ensure a structured handover process at the end of the contract period.
The Successful Applicant
- Must hold a university degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support and Splunk administration.
- Familiar with endpoint protection, antivirus solutions, and basic troubleshooting.
- Able to read and write Chinese, communicate in basic English, and speak fluent Cantonese.
- Authorized to work in Hong Kong or possess a valid work visa.
