Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
Preparing and analysing financial reports to provide actionable insights to senior management.
Overseeing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and improving financial performance.
Leading internal audits and implementing effective risk management strategies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
Supervising and mentoring the accounting team to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Staying updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local regulations.
Experience in SAP system is an advantage
Experience in Big 4 audit is a plus
Experience in MNC is preferred
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
