About Our Client

Our client is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join a leading MNC organisation. The ideal candidate will oversee financial management of regional scope and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.

Job Description

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
Partner with regional leadership to support strategic decisions.
Monitor KPIs and identify risks and opportunities.
Manage cash flow and working capital for the region.
Lead and mentor regional finance team members.
Coordinate with corporate finance for consolidations and reporting.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with CPA qualification
Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience with external audit background
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
