Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.

The Division

The People and Organisational Development (P&OD) Division is dedicated to cultivating a dynamic workplace culture that attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent. The division serve as trusted advisor across the organization, aligning people practices with business goals to drive performance, innovation, and employee engagement.

The Job

Responsible for daily HR Information Systems administration, liaison with key stakeholders within HR and from line departments (HK & all entities in PRC)
Support Senior Manager, Human Resources (Group HR Technology) in delivering different project items
Support RPA development in PDLC such as user requirement collection, testing and deployment (HK & all entities in PRC)
Responsible for follow up of system related procurement and its schedule

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Business Information System or related discipline area
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in supporting HR Systems or HR system projects
Independent, proactive & self-motivated
Good analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
Good team player and ability to work under pressure
Experience in UiPath RPA, DocuSign and SuccessFactors will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Excel
Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Fresh graduates will also be considered
