Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Interns for Human Resources team. Based on academic background and interview performance, shortlisted candidates will be assigned to one of the team below:
- Compensation & Benefits
- Disney University (Learning and Development)
- HR Operations
- Talent Acquisition
- Business Partnering (Cast Engagement)
Responsibilities:
- Support a variety of HR projects.
- Update and maintain required personnel records in systems.
- Support recruitment activities, from onsite interview arrangements to onboarding.
- Provide administrative support for any assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Current university students graduating in or after 2026, majoring in any disciplines.
- Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
- Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2026.
- Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
