Key Responsibilities
• Lead delivery and operations platforms (iPOS, digital/cloud sales platforms).
• Drive projects from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with business users and internal teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors, ensuring accountability and effective delivery.
• Actively manage project execution, resolve issues, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide guidance on Java-based systems, AWS/cloud integration, and on-premise environments (without requiring deep coding expertise).
• Apply knowledge of insurance, banking, or financial services to optimize platform functionality and compliance.
Requirements
• 5-8 years in IT delivery, project leadership, or platform management.
• Insurance, banking, consulting, or related industries are welcome.
• Strong end-to-end delivery management
• Stakeholder engagement and communication
• Vendor coordination and negotiation
• Practical understanding of Java-based platforms, AWS, and hybrid (cloud/on-premise) environments
• Diplomatic and tactful communication (able to handle sensitive discussions smoothly) • Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability.
