About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across multiple F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing initiatives tailored to each brand, including brand identity creation, messaging alignment, and promotional campaigns.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities and boost brand performance.
Plan, execute, and evaluate both online and offline marketing campaigns—including social media, events, and seasonal promotions.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and pain points, and use insights to improve marketing strategies and product offerings.
Work closely with operations, culinary, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
Manage content development for websites, social media, and other marketing channels while maintaining consistent brand tone and style.
Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

Degree holder in Marketing / Hotel & Catering Management or related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in F&B Marketing
A change agent and attentive to the market trend
Creative, a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
Independent and entrepreneurial with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Able to work independently & under pressure
Good commend of both spoken and written English
