We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administration Assistant to support the daily operations of our global K-Beauty marketing team. This role is essential for maintaining efficient workflows, accurate documentation, and timely execution of internal processes. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, handle content and system updates, maintain team records, and support operational needs to ensure smooth and efficient team operations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Update and maintain internal systems, influencer databases, and campaign records.
Organize and file influencer content, contracts, and communications for easy team access.
Assist the influencer marketing team in tracking campaign deliverables, deadlines, and approvals.
Maintain proper documentation of influencer partnerships, including onboarding materials and content submissions.
Support the team in managing campaign assets, content libraries, and reference materials.
Help ensure smooth communication between teams by providing accurate information and timely updates.
Perform general administrative and operational tasks to improve workflow efficiency.
Execute ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Good command of written and spoken English.
A degree in any discipline is an advantage, but it is not a must for the role. Candidates with a diploma or those currently pursuing a degree are encouraged to apply.
Some experience in marketing, administration, or eCommerce is a bonus, but fresh graduates, students, and mature candidates are all welcome. No prior experience is required, we value candidates who are organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and willing to learn new tools or systems.
Good communication skills and a team player who can also work independently.
Proactive, reliable, and motivated to support smooth team operations.
Interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, or K-Beauty is a plus.
