ELECTRONIC ENGINEER - IoT and digital sports & healthcare product manufacturer (Kwai Fong)

We are a leading developer and manufacturer of wearable consumer electronic products, serving global brands across Europe and the Middle East.
Our core business includes the design, development, and manufacturing of micro‑electronic products.
We specialize in wearable sports and fitness monitoring devices such as: IoT and digital healthcare products, Bicycle computers, E‑Bike Human‑Machine Interfaces (HMI), Smartwatches and outdoor watches, Activity trackers with heart rate monitoring
We export under various ODM/OEM brand names and supply to major international lifestyle, sports, and electronics brands.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Engineering Manager
You will join our Engineering Team of 20 members based in our Hong Kong office.
The role involves supporting product development activities from concept through to mass production
Occasional business trips to China (not frequent, not regular)

Key Responsibilities

Develop electronic design solutions from concept to detailed engineering design.
Prepare technical documents and specifications.
Conduct engineering design analysis to meet product and manufacturing requirements.
Provide electronic solutions to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability of new products.
Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem‑solving for design‑related issues.
Communicate with clients, program team members, and suppliers on technical details related to electronics.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Ideal Candidates

Tertiary education in Electronics Engineering, GPS, Computing Engineering, or equivalent.
5+ years experience preferably in handheld electronic consumer products or wearables (e.g., watches, digital devices).
Exposure to electronic heart rate monitors, digital sports watches, mobile phones, GPS features, or similar products is an advantage.
Experience in factory or production environments is a plus.
Familiarity with product development from design concept to mass production.
Strong problem‑solving skills, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.
Good communications in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
