月薪: $20,000 - $29,000

要求：

1. 學士學位 (科學 / 工程相關學科優先)

2. 1 年環境項目 / 實地工作管理 / 回收合約管理 / 廢物管理領域工作經驗。1年主管級別以及領導團隊檢查和環境調查 / 投訴處理的經驗

3. 香港中學文憑考試（HKDSEE）或香港中學會考試（HKCEE）中文及英文 3/C級(接受 CRE Level 2)

4. 良好的中英文寫作能力，流利的英語、粵語及普通話能力

5. 良好的人際溝通和溝通能力，積極主動，能夠獨立工作

6. 最好具備電腦應用知識和經驗（例如中英文文字處理、電子表格和簡報軟體等）或社群媒體管理經驗。

職責：

1. 協助管理合約並監察回收站、回收商店和回收點的運作

2. 審核回收站、回收商店和回收點的經營者提交的報告

3. 進行回收商店、回收站和回收點及其相關活動的現場檢查，以進行合規性檢查

4. 處理有關綠在區區的公眾查詢和投訴，並準備統計分析

5. 協助審查和更新與社區回收網絡相關的文件、資訊備忘錄、指導方針、簡報材料及其他必要資料

6. 管理相關服務合約，以支持綠在區區設施的運作

7. 處理和編制數據以供分析，並提供其他技術支持

8. 監督技術人員

9. 執行其他指派任務

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree, preferrable in a relevant science or engineering subject;

2. Have at least one (1) year’ full-time post-qualification working experience in environmental project, waste reduction or recycling, recycling facilities contract management, waste management, or environmental education, and with minimum one (1) year at supervisory level and experience in leading teams for inspection and environmental enquiry/complaint handling;

3. Met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 (see Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent [Note: “Grade C” and 'Grade E' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 3' and 'Level 2' respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth]; OR met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the CRE, or equivalent;

4. Good English and Chinese writing skills, fluency in spoken English and Cantonese and proficiency in Putonghua;

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation and ability to work independently; and

6. Preferably have knowledge and experience in computer applications (e.g. word processing in Chinese and English, spreadsheet and presentation software, etc.) or management of social media.

Responsibilities:

1. To assist in managing the contract and monitoring the operation of the Recycling Stations, Recycling Stores and Recycling Spots;

2. To vet reports submitted by the Operators of Recycling Stations, Recycling Stores and Recycling Spots;

3. To conduct site inspections to the Recycling Stores, Recycling Stations and Recycling Spots, and their related events/activities for compliance check;

4. To handle public enquiries and complaints concerning GREEN@COMMUNITY and prepare statistical analysis;

5. To assist in reviewing and updating papers, information notes, guidelines, presentation decks and other necessary materials in relation to the community recycling network;

6. To manage associated service contracts to support the operation of GREEN@COMMUNITY’s facilities.

7. To handle and compile data for analysis and provide other technical support;

8. To supervise technical staff; and

9. To perform any other duties assigned as appropriate.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $20,000.00 - $29,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
