Responsibilities

Assist the CM and his/her representatives in preparation of working drawings/sketches, as-built record drawings, in manual and/or electronic form and to undertake other related duties as directed by the CM or his representatives.

Requirements

Higher Certificate in Architectural Studies;
Min. 3 yrs exp related to Arch. Works or 7 yrs drafting exp. in Arch. Firm;
Good practical knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and Revit;
Good technical knowledge in architectural construction details, computer modeling and pass the selection interview conducted by the Project Manager or his representatives;
Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and is required to carry out site inspection, site meeting and site measurement periodically related to the project;
Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English.
