About the role

We are inviting undergraduate students majoring in Human Resources to apply for our internship positions. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional HR environment, where you will be involved in practical work such as talent recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administrative management. This is an exciting opportunity to join Allianz Worldwide Partners (Hong Kong) Limited as an HR Intern. As a HR Intern, you will be a key member of the HR team, supporting a range of HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
Support HR administration tasks such as processing employee onboarding and offboarding documents
Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

What we're looking for

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in the MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Enthusiastic and proactive team player with a genuine interest in HR
