Description

As a Business Analyst (Claim system), your main responsibilities will include:

Gather and analyze business requirements for claims processing systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications and workflows.
Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Support system enhancements, UAT, and production rollout.
Identify gaps and propose solutions to improve claims efficiency and compliance.

As a Business Analyst (Life insurance product), your main responsibilities will include:

Work closely with product teams to design and enhance life insurance offerings.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to support product development.
Prepare BRDs, functional specs, and coordinate with IT for system implementation.
Conduct impact analysis for new product features and regulatory changes.
Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

Profile

A successful Business Analyst (Claim system) should have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience in insurance claims systems or similar domain.
Strong knowledge of claims lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A successful Business Analyst (Life insurance product) should have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience in life insurance product development or operations.
Familiarity with policy administration systems and actuarial concepts.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
