How you will make an impact:
The job holder will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day Compensation and Benefits (C&B) tasks and operations within our healthcare business unit, overseeing payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for our frontline staff.
- Payroll Processing : Handle payroll processing, including monthly payroll, final payments, tax filing, and related reports.
- Benefits Management : Manage employee benefits programs, including medical and life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Compensation Analysis : Perform salary surveys, benchmarking exercises, cost analysis, and other rewards-related duties.
- C&B Framework Development : Develop and implement a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) framework, policies, and procedures that comply with statutory requirements and improve efficiency.
- Compliance Guidance : Ensure compliance with employment legislation and relevant regulations, providing guidance to management.
- Process Improvement : Collaborate with the HR team to streamline HR processes and improve overall efficiency.
- HRIS Support : Provide support in HRIS systems and ensure they run smoothly.
- Project Assistance : Assist with C&B projects and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
What we are looking for:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits; prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and relevant regulations.
- Familiarity with payroll processes for frontline employees.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, attention to details, and ability to perform multi-tasks.
- Independent, flexible, result-driven, and analytical, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated diplomacy and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Previous experience in SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Highly proficient in MS applications, especially in Excel.
