Human Resources Officer (Recruitment Focus)

Responsibilities:

Handle full spectrum recruitment process for frontline and office positions, prepare job description, source talent via appropriate channels, arrange interview and offer proposal
Benchmark the market trends and recruitment activities
Preparing reports and survey for management review, headcount budgeting and planning
Update and maintain recruitment reports and database to ensure accuracy
Design the Talent Development project for all department, involving their training & development program to motivate the staff
HR branding efforts on internal and external social media platforms
Conduct data input and update in HRIS System and paper record
Plan, develop and coordinate different campaigns and activities to engage employees including but not limited to employee relation activities, recruitment activities, training workshops and etc
Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the management.

Requirement:

2 years’ relevant experience in retail or beauty industry is advantages
Sensitive to numbers, responsibility and reliable
Can work independently, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and basic PC knowledge.
