Responsibilities
- Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with tenants & customers
- Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality service are provided as required
- Attend regular meetings and prepare management / financial reports
- Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning teams
- Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information / activities and resolve problems arising from tenants & customers
- Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
Requirements
- Diploma in Property Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in property management
- Experience in Grade A Retail and/or Commercial Property is a must
- Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License is preferred
- Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC and/or related ordinances
- Service oriented and self-motivated
- Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
