WSP (Asia) Limited has been appointed by Civil Engineering Development Department (CEDD) as the consultant for the construction contract for Contract No. SD/2024/01 – Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Development at A Kung Ngam Village, Eastern. The works mainly comprise (1) formation of about 2.4 hectares works site, including demolition of an industrial building, and construction of associated retaining walls and slopes; (2) widening A Kung Ngam Village Lane into a single two-lane carriageway of about 7.3 metres (m) and associated road works, including construction of a road junction, footpaths and pedestrian crossing facilities, etc. for connecting to the proposed public housing development; and (3) ancillary works, including drainage, sewerage, water supply, land decontamination and landscaping work. The works was commenced in the second quarter of 2025 and will take about 5 years to complete.

香港特別行政區政府路政署派 科進顧問（亞洲）有限公司 為工程合約編號SD/2024/01 – 東區阿公岩村公營房屋發展的工地平整及基礎設施工程的工程顧問公司。

上述合約的工程範圍包括 (1) 平整約2.4公頃的工地，包括拆卸1幢工業樓宇及建造相關的護土牆和斜坡；(2) 把阿公岩村里擴闊為約7.3米的雙線行車道及進行相關的道路工程，包括建造路口、行人路和行人過路設施等，以連接擬議公營房屋發展；以及 (3) 進行相關的附屬工程，包括排水、排污、供水、土地除污及環境美化工程。工程已於2025年第二季展開，需約5年完成。

Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent in an appropriate discipline
