ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the Reservations Manager with the day to day running of the Reservations Department
Respond to all telephone call enquiries in an engaging manner whilst also adhering to the hotels call standards with the aim of converting the enquiry into a booking.
Possess a thorough knowledge of the hotel product and services and use appropriate verbiage in their description.
Complete all tasks outlined on the relevant shift checklist and sign off when all have been finished.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree holder in hospitality management or equivalent
Relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel is preferred
Excellent command in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
Fresh graduate is also welcomed
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservation Sales Agent
