Administration Manager / Assistant Administration Manager

Key responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including office supplies, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance
Supervise and develop a team of administrative professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence
Review and enhance administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT departments to support organizational needs
Monitor and control administrative budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and transparency
Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and local regulatory requirements
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership as needed

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
At least 10 years of relevant experience, with proven success in a managerial capacity
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital office tools
Experience in managing office relocations, renovations, or large-scale procurement is a plus
Immediate availability is highly preferred
