Project Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Cultivate strong cross-functional collaboration across Business, Technology, Credit Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure alignment and effective delivery of business initiatives.
Develop detailed project plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, and define milestones on crypto credit card development;
System Analysis & Design
Analyze business requirements related to credit card application workflows
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Design and document system interfaces, data flows, and integration points
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Collaborate with vendors, card associations and internal teams
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations
Work with product owners, business analysts, and developers to align technical solutions with business goals
Enhance user experience through product features, processes, and other interactions.
Provide timely update on project plans and status report;
Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including architecture diagrams and support guides
Responsible for driving new product roll out in relation to digital platform.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
5-7 years of experience in project development or product management, field on banking, payment system, credit card system is preferred.
Good understanding of credit card application lifecycle and related technologies, risk and compliance framework for Payment or Card.
Knowledge on crypto currency is plus.
Self-motivated person with strong project management skills with attentiveness to detail, be able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedule;
Good communication skills and spoken and written fluency in English and Chinese
