Operation Executive (Famous Digital Payment Platform, Up to 24k+Bonus)

Our client is a reputable Chinese digital payment platform. They are looking for a Operation Executive under Business Development team to execute and monitor marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Independently conduct comprehensive on-site inspections at shopping malls and merchant locations to ensure POSM (Point of Sale Materials) are displayed and maintained to the highest standards
Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with mall partners and merchant frontline staff to facilitate seamless campaign execution
Design and deliver impactful training sessions merchant frontline staff, enhancing their understanding of campaign mechanics and boosting their ability to promote our payment methods effectively
Monitor operational execution rigorously, using critical analysis to identify gaps or issues and proactively implement corrective actions
Collect, analyze, and respond to partners and merchants’ feedback promptly, serving as a key liaison between merchants and internal teams to optimize campaign performance and partner satisfaction
Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams to provide actionable insights and support continuous campaign improvements
Prepare detailed reports on site visits, training effectiveness, operational status, and partner feedback for senior management review

Job Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of relevant client-facing experience in retail, partnership management, business development, or marketing operations
Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of ownership, responsiveness, and accountability
Strong critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence and engage frontline staff and merchant partners at all levels
Experience in delivering training and presentations that motivate and educate diverse teams
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and follow-ups efficiently
Proficient in reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Flexibility to travel frequently to various mall and merchant locations as required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Details:

Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm, Causeway Bay
Max. 2 months Bonus, Medical, Paid Sick Leave
Agency contract
