Short-term contract Reception Clerk 12k (working @ Gov. office)

Requirement:

F. 5 or above with subjects studied including Mathematics;
at least 1 year of working experience in reception and data entry services;
good telephone manner, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, be polite and courteous in dealing with the public and Government’s employee;
typing: Chinese 20 wpm / English 30 wpm
knowledge of common business software, i.e. Windows, Microsoft Office;
Good communication skills in Cantonese and English;

Duties:
(a) handling incoming calls, fax, greeting guests;
(b) operate daily front desk duties;
(c) handling customer enquiries (internal and external parties);
(d) data entry to computer/ system;
(e) documents control services;
(f) provide general office supports;
(g) provide customer services;
