My client is looking for a Team Assistant that is skilled in administrative tasks, a great opportunity to support a front office team in the financial services industry. The role is based in Hong Kong and requires excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Description

As a Team Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling and correspondence.
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is up to date.
Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Ensuring effective communication across departments and external stakeholders.
Handling ad hoc tasks to support the team's workflow and priorities.
Updating internal systems and databases as needed.
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

A diploma or above in business administration or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
