Temp Assistant Officer I (11-month contract)

Job Purpose

To assist in the coordination and execution of Testing & Commissioning and User Acceptance Testing for the Emergency Call Systems/Integrated Care Link System (ICLS) in senior housing projects, ensuring timely and effective support to service units.

The Job

Assist in planning and scheduling on-site T&C and UAT activities.
Support the documentation of test results and issue tracking.
Provide logistical and administrative support during system enhancement works.
Maintain records and prepare progress updates for internal reporting.

The Person

Higher Diploma or above or 5 passes in HKCEE including English and Chinese, or equivalent /5 subjects in HKDSE attaining level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language.
At least 5 years of clerical or customer service experience, with a minimum of 3 years in customer service industries.
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with service units, vendors, and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with the ability to document and track technical issues.
Familiarity with basic system testing procedures is preferred.
Proactive and able to work independently under supervision.
