What are you supposed to do for us?

Deliver excellent customer service to guests and passengers in the lounge, including but not limited to greet and serve the guests and handle enquiries
Provide administrative support to the guests
Ensure smooth operations of the reception area

What prerequisites must be met for us to like you?

Higher diploma or above
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Hotel/lounges management
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
