TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will perform the following tasks for our business in the Greater China region:

You support and improve our internal integrated management system (IMS) for quality, health and safety (HSE), data protection, and information security, helping us achieve high operational standards in all our processes.
You assess current IMS processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities, ensuring we provide consistent quality in our services.
You create and update formal process descriptions and reporting standards (including KPI definition and tracking) to enhance transparency and accountability within our organization.
You manage, plan, and carry out internal audits to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
You assist in organizing training sessions to raise awareness about quality management, health and safety, data protection, and information security, ensuring our employees are well-informed and engaged.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Completed studies in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5-10 years in quality, health and safety (QHSE); data protection/information security relevant work experience is highly preferred
Very good English (B2 upper intermediate) and fluent Mandarin language skills.
Solid experience with management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 27001).
A strong understanding of local data protection regulations is highly preferred.
Experience in conducting internal or external audits.
Proven experience in process analysis and improvement.
Basic knowledge of risk analysis and project management required.
Intercultural competence.
Excellent communication skills with different stakeholder groups.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time.
