Finance Manager

Duties:

To review, develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations;
To oversee financial accounting operations and procurement processes;
To oversee internal audit, liaise with external auditors, and serve as secretary of committee;
To oversee and manage the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial statements, annual budget and reports; and
Any other duties as assigned by the Council.

Requirements:

A recognized bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university in Accounting, or equivalent;
Certified Public Accountant of HKICPA/ACCA, or equivalent;
A minimum of 5 years relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in public sector or statutory body;
Experience in financial management will be a definite advantage;
Possess strong analytical mind with good communication skills;
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
Strong motivation and good interpersonal skills; and
Familiar with major accounting/ERP system with good knowledge in computer applications.

Successful appointee will be employed on contract terms.
