We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Building Surveyor to join our Technical Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Pacific Place is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle fit-out works, repair and refurbishment projects
Prepare clear, comprehensive & concise tender documents
Monitor contractors’ works and assist in preparation and implementation of planned maintenance schedules

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Building Surveying or related disciplines
3 years of experience in building maintenance
Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
Exceptional communication skills, fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project and AutoCAD
