Recruitment Specialist (GBA Delivery Hub)

We are looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our Shenzhen Sourcing Hub team. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for contracting technology roles in the Hong Kong market.

The Delivery Centre, newly established in our Shenzhen Qianhai office in 2025, is designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent delivery across the Hong Kong and Mainland China markets. It focuses on high-volume, technical, and high-demand roles, supporting strategic hiring needs with speed and precision.

Description

As Michael Page Recruitment Specialist You Will:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full 270° recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for contracting technology roles in the Hong Kong market. You will work closely with Hong Kong-based stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide timely recruitment solutions, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, contribute to talent pipeline development, and support the overall success of the Shenzhen Delivery Hub by delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.

Profile

If you have the following attributes, we would love to hear from you.

Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience in either an in-house or agency setting, ideally with a focus on technology roles.
Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Cantonese is required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
