Location: Siu Sai Wan, HK Island

Requirements:

Diploma or above, Certificate is preferably in property management or related
At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management
Holder of the property management practitioner license (Tier 2) would be highly recommended
Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
Computer literate in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as Asst Property Officer.

Job Duties:

Assist for day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio
To handle complaints and enquiries of customer
Support and assist repair and maintenance conditions of the properties
Monitor the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance tasks
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
