You will be required to manage the daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning and security; maintain good tenant relationship; supervise subordinates and liaise with service contractor to ensure quality services are provided.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
- A member of relevant professional organizations preferable
- Experience in Residential Building will be definitely an advantage
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in property management of which 3 years must be at supervisory level;
- Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work efficiently
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese writing and speaking, with fluent spoken English is highly preferred
- Familiar with DMC, BMO
- Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
- Experience in handling slope improvement and building renovation project will be an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be also considered as Property Officer
