We are a leading company in the PCB, IC substrate and semicon equipment industry, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the financial and operational performance of our group’s offices in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, and other regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for group offices in China, Hong Kong, and Thailand.
Review and analyze financial and operational performance to identify areas for improvement and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
Prepare and present accurate financial statements, management reports, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
Manage audits, internal controls, and risk management processes across regional offices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and operational strategies.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial health of the organization in multiple regions.
Lead and mentor finance teams to ensure high performance and professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in PCB or manufacturing industry.
Proven expertise in reviewing and managing financial and operational conditions across multiple regions, including China, Hong Kong, and Thailand.
Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, tax laws, and regional financial regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; Ability to travel to regional offices as needed for oversight and collaboration.
