Requirement and Job Description:

member of a professional institution recognized for corporate membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services discipline)
Minimum 3 years relevant post-qualification local experience;
To provide supervision of the building services works. The responsibility of RBSE shall mainly focus on quality control of drawings, materials, equipment and workmanship and to resolve issues between design and site works of building services installations, and follow the Approved Design;
Full-time on the Site
