Concept 4 is a key player in design, product development and sourcing of fashion, beauty & home accessories and packaging. The group is made of 130+ staff worldwide including 60+ in Hong Kong, where we work in a fast paced and friendly environment, with a spacious and bright office overlooking. A bright location at Wong Chuk Hang with MTR close access.

We are now inviting high level candidates to apply for the following position URGENTLY:

Role & Responsibilities:
Support the company strategic sustainability projects deliverable in B Corporation Certification (B Impact Assessment), EcoVadis assessment, CDP climate change survey and Science-based targets setting and Sustainability Reporting. Main tasks may include:

Providing support in preparation of sustainability related policies and document materials for implementation and submission for B Corp Certification, EcoVadis assessment, CDP climate change survey and Science-based carbon reduction target setting
Assisting in preparing the Sustainability Annual Report
Assisting in development of complementary measures for decarbonization across the supply chain
Working to operationalize company-wide sustainability through developing sustainability related programme and initiatives, collecting & analyzing data for Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions data, including suppliers’ energy consumption data collection
Conducting insightful data analysis on performance indicators for decision making
Assisting audit & audit renewal of sustainability related certifications e.g.: FSC audit, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS certificate renewal, ISO37001, ISO14064-1
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the line management

Requirements & Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in penultimate year of study related to Sustainability, Environmental Management
Prior exposure to multi-cultural, cross-departmental, fast-pace work environments is highly desirable.
Prior experience on carbon accounting, life-cycle assessment, sustainability report writing and certification auditing is bonus.
Excellent written and spoken command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is preferred.
