Talent Acquisition Internship (3-4 working days)

Job duties:

Sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and internal database
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, phone screening and interviewing candidates
Manage the applicant flow and promote employee referrals
In charge of on-boarding program
Social media management and contribute to employer branding

Skills/requirements:

Undergraduates with bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
High interest in HR talent acquisition is a must.
Ability to build strong relationships and connect with people!
Eager to learn and willing to achieve beyond expectation!
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and verbal
