HR Transformation: In a dynamic world with constant disruption, human capital issues must be viewed as business issues to be shaped by HR, but addressed across the C-Suite. Work you'll do
- Configure and maintain HR and WFM systems.
- Conduct system testing, including developing and executing test scripts.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Support the implementation of RPA solutions to streamline testing processes.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and collect user feedback.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress to management.

We are looking for someone with
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in system testing or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with HR and WFM systems is highly desirable.
- Basic technical knowledge or experience with RPA tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in programming/ coding is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and user experience.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced world of technology.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua(verbal and written)
