Vice President, Digital Innovation

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital innovation strategy that leverages AI and data to drive business growth and transformation.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI and data-driven innovation, staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
Lead the digital innovation team in designing, developing, and delivering AI and data-powered digital products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business units, IT, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of AI and data-driven innovation initiatives.
Develop and implement a data strategy that enables the organization to harness the power of data to drive business decisions and innovation.
Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the organization, encouraging creativity, risk-taking, and continuous learning.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including AI and data technology vendors, to stay informed about emerging trends and technologies.
Manage the digital innovation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI.
Ensure that all digital innovation initiatives are aligned with the company's overall risk management and compliance framework.

Requirements:

University graduated preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in digital innovation, AI, data science, or a related field
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent
Proven track record of driving AI and data-driven innovation and transformation initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of emerging AI and data technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning and data analytics
Ability to lead and apply digital project lifecycle, encompassing product development, technical expertise, market analysis, and customer-centric considerations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
