Our client, one of the statutory bodies in Hong Kong, is now looking for Part Time Project Assistant to assist the daily operation of a Government funding programme.

Job Duties:

Provide clerical and logistic support
Handle hotline and answer public enquiries
Assist document preparation includes printing, filing, scanning and related preparation work
Support ad hoc assignment when required

Requircments:

DSE / F.5 graduate
Relevant experience in clerical supports and office works
Hands on printing and use of photocopier expedence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Chinese Word Processing and Good commands of both spoken English and Chinese
Good communioation, interpersonal and organization skills
Able to work independenfly with stong sense ofresponsibility
Self-initiative and detail-minded

Details:

4-5 days per week, Mon - Fri, Kowloon Tong
Long Term Part Time
Hourly salary: HK$65/ hour
