Assistant Operations Manager

Job Descriptions:

Assist the Operations in Charge with their tasks as assigned.
Oversee and manage the daily posting, maintenance and cleaning works.
Liaise with relevant parties for all operation-related matters.
Ensure timely submissions and approvals for all operational tasks.
Ensure that all works by company staff and contractors are carried out according to safety plans, established procedures and regulations.
Ensure all interior and exterior advertising formats are maintained in safe and good condition.
Manage all related resources and monitor performance: staff, vehicles, equipment & tools.
Close cooperation with and support to other company departments.
Proactively investigate any incident and manage with the relevant parties.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, engineering or other related disciplines.
At least 3 years working experience in advertising / media operations industry with effective management and/or supervision role.
Holders of valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
Health and safety-related experience and qualifications are preferred.
Sense of responsibility, fast learner, organized with good communication skills.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Holders of valid Hong Kong driving licenses are welcome.
