We are an interior fitting out company working for commercial clients. To cope with our expansion, we would like to invite high caliber candidates for the position of:

Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Qualification/Requirements: -

Education: Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Building Studies, Engineering Studies, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in fitting-out project management (less experience considered for Project Coordinator).
Languages: Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Acrobat, MS Project and Office (Excel, Word, Project).
Strong knowledge of fitting-out works, materials, and construction methods.
Soft Skills: Excellent client communication and stakeholder coordination.
Work Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours as needed.

Scope of Major Duties:

Assist the Project Director in daily operations and ensure project deliverables are met.
Monitor work progress, prepare progress reports, and ensure adherence to timelines. Work directly under the Project Director.
Obtain quotations from suppliers.
Source materials, manage submissions, and liaise with suppliers.
Coordinate between Project Designer, Site Foreman, and client for design changes.
Identify and report deviations from drawings due to site constraints.
Ensure compliance with design specifications and client requirements.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing queries and updates.
