Senior Health, Safety & Environment Officer

Assist in overseeing the health, safety and environment issues and performance throughout operations, including contractor safety management
Maintain the integrated management system (environmental, occupational safety & health and business continuity) to ensure compliance with Group policies, international standards and relevant ESH statutory requirements
Co-ordinate the HSE management system and liaise with the internal departments
Provide safety and environmental training, conduct workplace & site inspection, perform risk assessment and conduct incident investigation
Support internal and external audits to maintain the ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 22301 and ISO 45001)
Assist in collect and analyze the data and statistics to identify the areas for HSE improvement
Assist in implementing the HSE improvement projects under the guidance of a superior
Prepare HSE reports and records for management review
Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by superior

You'll be a Great Talent, if you are/possess…

Diploma or above in Occupational Safety & Health / Environmental Engineering / related discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Health, Safety & Environment
Registered Safety Officer / Experience in corporate safety is a definite advantage
Familiar with OSH related legislation
Independent, proactive, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels
Proficient in PC applications, eg. Word / Excel / PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Health, Safety & Environment Officer
