Your duties:
- Supervise and lead the customer service team to achieve performance goals;
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism;
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company policies;
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity;
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes;
- Prepare and analyze reports to track customer service metrics;
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement solutions;
- Ad-hoc assigned.
How to join OCSHK:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred;
- 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain;
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks;
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English; Japanese is a plus;
- Skilled in typing both Chinese and English;
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Supervisor.
Your working schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- With occasional Saturday mornings
- Saturday morning work is infrequent, and half day of compensatory leave will be provided if required.
