What you'll be doing
• Greeting and warmly welcoming guests upon arrival and departure
• Providing excellent table and bar service, including taking orders, delivering meals and beverages, and clearing tables promptly
• Maintaining a clean and organised meeting rooms area, ensuring that all set-up are of the highest standards
• Responding to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Follow and contribute to all training sessions.
What we're looking for
• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role within the
hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide warm
and attentive service to guests
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine passion for learning.
• Good English, with additional language skills (e.g., Cantonese or Mandarin) an
advantage.
