Duties:
- Provide concierge service to our customers in our residential development
- Respond to customer requests and enquiries
- Perform clerical duties
- Ensure the smooth operation of the property
Requirement:
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- Hold a valid Hong Kong Security Personal Permit & QAS certificate
- With at least 1 year experience in luxury property management
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who can work under pressure
- Shift duty is required
- Immediate available is preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Customer Service Assistant.
- Location: 39 Conduit Road, Central and Western
