Our Client is a Hong Kong based professional & high caliber interior and exterior fitting out design & contracting consultancy services.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress of projects and site development
- Liaise with contractors on site and to deal with technical issues
- Handle project document submissions, material schedules, layout marking (AutoCAD), etc.
- Attend site coordination and project meeting
- Monitor the project deadlines and workflow
- Assist Project Manager on different projects
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher diploma holder or above
- Minimum 3 years experience in project management especially construction and building material industry
- Relevant experience to handle project administrative tasks
- Site / Project management experience is a must
- Fluency in English & Chinese. Good communication skill in Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Cat lover, Responsible and work with good team spirit.
- Self-learner, strong problem-solving abilitie and can work independently
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
