Responsibilities:

Leading entire operation, which includes marketing & design, accounting, human resources, customer service, sales & training team, strategic vision and long-range planning.
Liaise with internal and external parties to monitor the progress and status of current projects closely to ensure adherence to budget, timeline, and quality.
Monitor the project process to fulfil Organization Types.
To perform the projects with Integration management, Scope Management, Quality management, resource management and communication Management.
Risk management and analyses KPIs of projects.
Update and report project status to top management regularly.
Provide support to internal departments regarding project-related inquires when needed.
Establish and maintain an effective filing system for related documents of projects.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in business administration or related fields with high academic achievement
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (i.e. Operation Head, GM, Retail Head etc.).
Working experience in retail / healthcare / beauty industry would be an advantage.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L, budgets, and capital expenditures
Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills, experience in leading a sizable team is essential
Good presentation, Communication, and Negotiation skills are necessary.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required
