RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests, taking reservations, and serving food with a smile and professionalism, consistently maintaining the hotel's high standards.
Assist in restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and a smooth dining experience, while also helping with event coordination in our meeting rooms when needed.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold menu consistency and quality, managing day-to-day responsibilities and addressing guest concerns effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

1 year of relevant experience in hospitality industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Cantonese and Mandarin)
Shift duty is required
Immediate available is highly preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Server

We offer attractive remuneration package including 5-day work week, 9.5 working hours per day, birthday leave, annual leave, marriage leave, typhoon compensation leave, duty meal, discretionary bonus, medical and dental benefit.
