AXG Group is listed on the US NASDAQ (Ticker: AXG), with its core operational base in Hong Kong. We conduct our securities brokerage and investment banking business through our wholly owned subsidiary, Solomon JFZ (Asia) Holdings Limited (CE No.: BIF175), a licensed financial firm regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC).

We are now looking for a professional Operation Representative. Candidates must have a solid understanding and execution capability in securities operations, as well as a basic understanding of virtual asset business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Execution

Handle daily operations for both traditional securities and virtual asset (VA) businesses, including trade execution, client account management, fund settlement, and wallet/address management processes.
Assist in processing client VA trading instructions, monitor the trading system and on-chain/off-chain settlement status, and address anomalies in a timely manner.
Perform daily reconciliation to ensure consistency of trade data, position data, and fund data.

2. Virtual Asset Business Support

Support VA custody and settlement operations, ensuring the receipt, storage, and withdrawal of client assets are executed on time, accurately, and in compliance.
Coordinate with custody service providers and trading platforms to handle VA deposits/withdrawals, address verification, on-chain confirmations, and related troubleshooting.
Participate in the design of operational processes for new VA product launches and assist in the operational implementation of new business lines.

3. Compliance and Regulation

Ensure all operational activities comply with SFC regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies, particularly AML/CFT and customer due diligence (CDD) requirements related to virtual assets.
Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports.
Support internal and external audits, and organize and archive operations-related documentation.

4. Process Optimization and Collaboration

Participate in operational process optimization and system testing, including wallet systems and settlement systems, to enhance operational efficiency and risk control.
Collaborate with middle and back offices, compliance, IT, product, and other departments to support new business launches and operational implementation.
Identify and report operational risk incidents and participate in the development of contingency plans.

Key Requirements

1. Experience & Licensing

2–3 years of operations, middle-office, or back-office experience in a securities firm or financial institution.
Plus: Hold SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 4 (Advising on Securities) licensed representative status, with a clean and active license.
Plus: Experience in VA trading platforms, VA custodians, or VA-related operations at licensed financial institutions.
Plus: Familiarity with VA custody operations, wallet management, on-chain/off-chain settlement, and on-chain transaction tracking.

2. Professional Knowledge

Familiar with financial market rules, trade settlement processes, and compliance requirements.
Understand the basic operational logic of VA businesses, such as wallet addresses, on-chain/off-chain settlement, and custody arrangements.
Basic knowledge of the latest regulatory requirements for virtual assets is preferred.

3. Soft Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
