Full Stack Engineer / Lead – Digital Insurance ePOS (React + Spring Boot)

Experience: 5+ years | Domain: Insurance / Digital Sales

Location: Hong Kong | Language: Cantonese (spoken) required

Role

Build and enhance a Digital Insurance ePOS platform—customer-facing web apps, backend services, and integrations with core insurance systems—deployed on AWS and Alibaba Cloud.

Responsibilities

Develop ePOS applications using React.js and Java Spring Boot
Build responsive web UI for agents/brokers/customers
Develop REST APIs and backend services
Integrate with underwriting, policy admin, payment gateways, and third-party systems
Deploy/support on AWS + Alibaba Cloud
Support architecture, code reviews, testing, and production support in Agile

Requirements

5+ years experience; strong Java, Spring Boot, React
REST APIs + SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL)
Git + CI/CD; Docker preferred
Cloud: AWS (EC2/S3/RDS/Lambda/ECS/EKS) and Alibaba Cloud (ECS/ACK/OSS/RDS)
Must be based in Hong Kong and able to speak Cantonese
