Role Purpose

The organization is seeking professional security engineering resources to design, implement, operationalize, and support an enterprise-scale AI Agent Security capability

across endpoint, datacenter, cloud, and container environments.

The work includes discovery, visibility, segmentation, protection, monitoring, threat detection, governance, and operational integration for AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Agent Discovery & Inventory

Discover, classify, and inventory AI agents, models, services, ownership, dependencies, and infrastructure.
Document discovery methodology, coverage assumptions, prerequisites, and sample evidence.

Monitoring & Runtime Visibility

Collect telemetry from AI workloads and supporting infrastructure.
Monitor process behaviour, network activity, tool invocation, data access, and external communications.
Establish behavioural baselines and generate actionable alerts.

Segmentation & Security Controls

Design workload-, process-, and network-level segmentation for AI agent workloads.
Implement policy-based enforcement using approved change-management processes.
Restrict unauthorized communication paths and maintain exception documentation.
Provide testing, rollback, validation, and recovery procedures.

AI Threat Detection Engineering

Develop AI-specific threat detection content mapped to documented risks.
Detect anomalous AI behaviour patterns and unauthorized actions.

General Job Description

Identify suspicious model, tool, identity, data, and external-service interactions.
Build SOC use cases, triage guidance, escalation criteria, and response procedures.
Provide alert tuning, quality measurement, and false-positive reduction.

Security Operations Integration

Integrate telemetry and alerts with SIEM platforms.
Integrate with incident-management workflows, identity services, and telemetry pipelines.
Support SOC onboarding, testing, and operational acceptance.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

Produce architecture, configuration, runbooks, admin guides, and governance documentation.
Deliver role-based knowledge-transfer workshops.
Provide final transition reports covering risks, backlog, ownership, and readiness.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and design for AI Agent Security.
Drive governance, stakeholder engagement, and technical decision-making.
Ensure quality and compliance across all deliverables.
